Frequently asked questions

Do you cover my area?

We cover Barnet EN5, New Barnet EN4, Monkton Hadley EN4, Cockfosters EN4 and North London, but contact us if you fall just outside these areas.

2. Can I meet the cleaner?

Yes, we will arrange a meeting with the cleaner at your house at any time convenient for you. You can discuss your priorities with them personally.

3.Are you insured?

Yes we are fully insured through Brett Packman Insurance

4. Do I have to stay at home when the cleaner comes to me?

No, the cleaners are experienced and reliable so that you can leave them to clean alone in your house.

5. Will I have the same cleaner every week?

Yes providing you are happy with your cleaner! If you are not, simply give us a call, and we will find another one for you.

6. Do I need to pay the cleaner extra if I want cleaning at the weekend?

No, the rate of pay for the cleaners is the same at all times.

7. What happens if I move house?

We will transfer your account to another address in the Clapham area or terminate your contract.

8. What will happen if my cleaner is on holiday and I still need cleaning at home?

We will provide holiday cover for your regular cleaner by prior agreement if required.

9. Can I trust your cleaners and give a set of keys of my home?

You can give keys to our cleaners. Most of our clients are working busy people and the cleaners working on our behalf are key holders.

10. Am I insured?

Yes, we maintain full insurance cover in case of any accidental damage

11.What do I do if the cleaner doesn't turn up?

If this should happen, please call us and we can arrange another cleaner to come

12. Can my cleaner come when I am at work?

You can leave a set of keys with the cleaner. You don't have to be in on the day the cleaner comes. 90% of our cleaners hold keys for client's homes.

13. Are there a minimum number of hours per visit?

Yes. We require 2 hours minimum per cleaning visit.

14.What if I go on holiday or need to cancel?

That is no problem, please give us at least a few days notice of the days you would like to cancel and we can arrange this for you
